Bookings can be made directly through the owners using the facilities on these pages. Before booking please do check availability first and our booking terms. You can check availability on our bookings calendar.
Main rental
Rental charges are shown on a nightly rate in US Dollars and Sterling:

All State lodging taxes are included in the above rates together with pool and spa heating.
These charges cover all linen/towels, wireless broadband and US and Canada mobile and landline telephone calls. Calls to many European land line telephones are included. Calls to all premium rate numbers in any country will be charged at the prevailing operator rates.
Payment can be made in Euros or Sterling currencies and may be subject to exchange rate variations. Check out current live rates using the handy XE.com Personal Currency Assistant tool.
A reservation crossing over different seasons will be pro-rated by night.
Sorry – although children of all ages are welcome pets are not allowed in EllaVista.
Additional charges
Reservations for less than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of $90.
Mid-stay cleaning services can be provided if required at a charge of $90 per occasion.
Deposits and payment schedule
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at the time a reservation is confirmed. This will be refunded once our agent has inspected the villa and determined there is no damage or loss to be paid for.
The full rental payment is required 8 weeks prior to start of rental in addition to the security deposit.
EllaVista is available on a first-come first-served basis and must be confirmed with a deposit.
